RETURNS:
Items are eligible for return within 15days from the date of delivery. For the same, the item must be unused& in the original condition, you’ve received it.
Personalized orders are not eligible for refund, as these are already made as per the buyers specifications.
For the return, the item must be returned to the address provided, and the shipping is to be borne by the buyer.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, our team will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed instantly.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us.

Sale items

Personalized items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

Exchanges are eligible within 7 days of receiving the item. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Contact us for the issue, and the shipment to be sent back to the address provided, at buyers’ cost.

Cancellations

Cancellations are not accepted. Please contact us if you have any problems with your order.
